How did you arrive at the Net Operating Income for these REITs?
For example, bei-un.to, has Trailing 12 month Net Income at 400 Million. How did you arrive at an NOI of $285 Million in your calculation?
For the 400 Million, I referred to the Yahoo finance Financials tab for that REIT.
